Make a claim
In the unlikely case of a defective product, please:
1. Contact your dealer or installer.
2. You or preferrably your dealer/installer can register the defective product in the Sharp eService - Register. You will need to register for the eService before you can make a claim. To register, click the button Sharp eService Registration below. Select customer if you are the installer or distributor and select solar claim if you are the end customer.
3. You will receive login information via email on the next workday. Use this login information to access the eService Platform and enter information about your claim there.

Guarantee / warranty terms and installation manuals for discontinued panels are also available to download.
To find the appropriate panel:
First select the category solar and then type in the module name as a search term (ie.: NU-AF370).
If you are an installer or distributor you can download flasher data and product photos. To get login information for the photo database just contact your sales contact to request access.
