New high speed, high volume printing system from Sharp
The MX-M905 offers a wide range of feed and finishing options, supporting a high quality finish for many types of document printed on demand, while being easy to operate via a 10.1” customisable touchscreen display. The flexibility of configurations and its high reliability make the MX-M905 perfect for environments with multiple users with different needs and an ideal choice for organisations looking to cut costs while retaining the convenience of a workgroup MFP.
- Sharp’s innovative MX-M905 has been designed with our customers in mind, and with ease of use a priority. We have included a simple and intuitive 10.1" touchscreen display, which makes it easy to view and edit jobs before printing. The display can even be customised by the user with shortcuts to their favourite and most frequently used features.- said Szymon Trela, Product Manager, Sharp Electronics CEE.
The MX-M905 offers a triple‐air paper‐feed unit for feeding a wider range of paper formats with precision and reliability, a 2-tray post process inserter for inserting pre-printed colour documents as well as advanced in-line finishing such as the GBC Smart Punch Pro™, and a Multi-Folding Unit - all enabling more jobs to be performed in house and users to better manage their workflows.
Features such as mobile printing and mobile scanning with Sharpdesk Mobile are included and MX-M905 can connect to popular mobile printing platforms such as Apple AirPrint®, Google Cloud Print™, and Native Android™ Printing. For convenience, standard Serverless Print Release technology enables customers to securely print a job and release it from up to six Sharp document systems on your network without needing a server or additional software.
Sharp OSA® technology enables easy integration with network applications and cloud services. The Cloud Connect feature on the MX-M905 uses Sharp OSA technology to access popular platforms such as Microsoft OneDrive for Business, Google Drive, and SharePoint Online without added middleware – making for a swifter and more productive office process.
This document system also supports scanning using embedded Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software enabled via DirectOffice™ technology, which allows for the conversion of scanned documents to popular Microsoft Office file formats, including Word, PowerPoint® and Excel, as well as a variety of Adobe® PDF formats.
The MX-M905 is available through Sharp Electronics CEE and its partners now.
